GENERAL ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

Reservation required on the OPENSTADEFRANCAIS.COM website
Accommodation will not be covered by the tournament management if it is carried out by any other means.
Reminder: it is the accommodation service which designates the partner hotel in which you will stay. hebergement@openstadefrancais.com

• Players in the International Qualifications are responsible for their own accommodation and meals. It is possible to reserve a room at the official tournament hotel at hebergement@openstadefrancais.com
• Final Draw players have accommodation and all meals covered from Sunday July 9, 2023 at 2 p.m. and until the morning after their elimination.
• Only the official coach of a national team , registered on NATIONAL TEAM , is supported by the organization in the same way as the players.
• For all those who are not supported (unofficial coaches, accompanying persons, etc.) it is possible to reserve your room at hebergement@openstadefrancais.com

Room rates are as follows:
• Room for 1 person €130 per night with breakfast at the hotel and lunch at the club (dinner not included).
• Room for 2 people (two beds) €80 per person per night with breakfast at the hotel and lunch at the club (dinner not included). Please note that the room can be shared with another person.

IMPORTANT
Coaches are not allowed to share a room with a player.
Two players of the same gender can share a room (two separate beds).
A parent (father or mother) can share their child's room (by also subscribing to accommodation).

Arrival and departure:
• On your arrival in Paris, the journey between the Accueil du Stade Français (2, rue du Commandant Guilbaud, 75016 Paris) and the official hotel of the tournament or the club is covered by the organization.
• The official hotel of the tournament is the Campanile Paris Ouest – Chaville, located at 885 Avenue Roger Salengro, 92370 Chaville.
For any arrival after 9:00 p.m., you must go directly to the hotel.

The room must be vacated on the day of your departure before 11 a.m. otherwise you will be charged!

Terms of cancelation
A cancellation email must be sent to hebergement@openstadefrancais.com 72 hours before the room reservation date. If the deadline is not met, you will be charged for the reservation.

All partner hotels are equipped with WIFI and air conditioning.
